Valerie Landry: Director of Sales
A native New Orleanian, who has worked in the hospitality and event planning industry for twenty years. Valerie joined the Creole Cuisine group in 2011. Valerie has been an active member of NACE, MPI, and ISES, serving on several boards throughout the years, and prides herself in keeping up with the current trends in the industry by continuing education through these organizations.
Monica Castillo: Operations Manager
Monica joined the Creole Cuisine family in 2009 and has extensive experience in restaurant and event operations. She approaches events with a unique professionalism and attention to detail. Her energy and passion for perfection are applied to the goal of making each event memorable.
Stephanie Jones: Wedding Sales Manager
Stephanie joins the Marche family with a strong background in event and banquet operations. Stephanie has produced and operated events for several venues across the country and is excited to bring that knowledge to Marche for a unique and one of a kind guest experience.
Shannon Campagne: Sales Manager
Shannon joins the Creole Cuisine family with 20 years in the hospitality and event planning industry, 12 of which have been since her return home to her native New Orleans in 2002. Her creativeness, attention to detail, professionalism and enthusiasm has led her to build extensive experience in the industry. As an active member of NACE for several years, she enjoys building invaluable peer relationships, along with continuously learning from the education that which the organization offers. Shannon is excited to bring her experience and knowledge as a Sales Manager for multiple CCRC event venues and looks forward to being part of an ever-growing company.
